How to Track Your Order
After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
To track your order, please check:
Your shipping confirmation email
Your tracking number
The carrier tracking page
Your email inbox and spam/junk folder
Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
When Will I Receive Tracking?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent by email where available.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated standard delivery time is typically 5–6 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address and carrier service.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, peak shipping periods, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Not Updating
If your tracking number is not updating, please allow extra time for the carrier system to refresh.
Tracking may not update immediately when:
The package has just been shipped
The carrier has not scanned the package yet
The package is moving between carrier facilities
There is a weather or holiday delay
The carrier tracking system is temporarily delayed
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Did Not Receive My Package
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check:
Your mailbox
Front door or porch area
Apartment office or building reception
Nearby delivery location
Household members
Neighbors
Carrier delivery notes
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@havenlynestco.com with your order number and tracking details so we can review the issue.
Wrong Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@havenlynestco.com.
We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed Orders
Delays may happen due to factors outside our control, including:

Severe weather
Public holidays
Peak shipping periods
Remote delivery locations
